Giving Blood, Giving Life

Our Heartists™ came together for a voluntary blood donation drive, showing compassion through action. Each donation was a gesture of hope and responsibility, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the wider community beyond the walls of the hotel.

Hospitality From the Heart: Sharing Our Stories

In an intimate sharing session, team members reflected on their journeys in the hospitality world – heartfelt stories filled with challenges, personal growth, and meaningful guest moments. These narratives served to inspire, build empathy, and strengthen our team bonds.

The Dream Hotel: Reimagining Hospitality

As part of an internal creative challenge, team members were encouraged to envision their ideal hotel of the future – one that blends elevated service with environmental care and cultural sensitivity. Through sketches, models, and thoughtful reflections, a collective vision of a more conscious and innovative industry took shape.

No Bin Day

Sustainability took the spotlight as we rolled out waste-reduction initiatives: limiting single-use plastics, reusing printed materials, conserving water and energy, and encouraging greener daily habits among staff. Small actions, when shared across teams, build a more responsible operation over time.

As Purpose Week comes to a close, we carry forward its essence – the belief that hospitality is not just about service, but about connection, care, and conscious impact.
